Why do you have to register?  Actually you don't.  You only have to promise you are older than 13.

 Anyone older than 13 can log in using username:  BookLover with password iLuv2Read

 That gives you access to read the novel.  But it doesn't give you access as a real "user" who can submit comments and stuff like that.  To do that you need to actually register.

 Having a user account to log into is the only way I could make this system so that you get to read the book if you are older than 13.
